On 28 May, Russian troops shelled residential neighbourhoods in the city of Mykolaiv, killing 1 civilian.

Details: At least two missiles are reported to have exploded in courtyards between high-rise apartment buildings.
Several high-rise apartment buildings were damaged.
One person was killed at the site of the incident. At least six other civilians are said to have sustained injuries.
