Russian puppet governor Kirill Stremousov has announced that the Kherson Oblast has changed over to Moscow time.

Details: According to him, the Russian-occupied region "will no longer switch to winter time, as is usual in Ukraine."
Background: The occupiers announced that they have transferred Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts to the +7 telephone code of the Russian Federation and will be issuing Russian Federation passports using a simplified procedure.
