Quote: "The Ruscists have deployed an echelon of around 30 fifty-year-old T-62 tanks that they withdrew from storage, as well as automotive equipment, armoured combat vehicles, and multiple rocket launchers."

Earlier: On 26 May, it was reported that Russian occupation forces in Zaporizhzhia Oblast have moved an echelon of the obsolete T-62 tanks to Melitopol and have deployed another 30 pieces of military equipment in the village of Kyrylivka.

Background: According to British intelligence, the presence of T-62 tanks on the battlefield "highlights Russia’s shortage of modern, combat-ready equipment" because these tanks "will almost certainly be particularly vulnerable to anti-tank weapons."
