Fighting continues around Sievierodonetsk, but the city is not cut off and, despite analysts' predictions, the Russians will not be able to seize the Luhansk region in the coming days.

Details: The Ukrainian Armed Forces reportedly have enough strength to maintain their defence of the Luhansk region, but it is possible that they will have to retreat in order to avoid being encircled.
It has been reported that the separatist "media" are spreading lies fabricated by "LNR" [Luhansk People's Republic – ed.] commanders that Sievierodonetsk is allegedly cut off. The Russians have entered the district around the Mir hotel and the bus terminal.
The entire Lysychansk-Bakhmut road is under fire and travel along it is dangerous. However, bringing in relief supplies and evacuation is still possible.
It is almost impossible to go out in Luhansk Oblast because of the density of the shelling.
