Quote: "This was one of the most difficult evacuations in recent times, but the most productive. The patrol police came to Lysychansk to pick up seven people who had let them know in advance that they wanted to evacuate.
The patrols were not satisfied with this and began talking to the people like psychologists… After a few hours of persuasion, 31 people were sitting in an armoured car, 13 of them children. One woman was taken to see the doctors, as she had suffered a stroke a few days ago."
Details: According to Haidai, a shockwave damaged the windscreen of the truck that has been transporting humanitarian aid for those who are still left in the oblast.
