Quote: "The investigation established that, after the aggressor state occupied the town of Dymer, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv Oblast, this man voluntarily agreed to an offer from the Russian military to collaborate with them. Having received guarantees of personal safety from the representatives of the occupying forces, he helped them navigate the area.

In early March 2022, the invaders forcibly rounded up the local population. The suspect, in a speech held before them, claimed that he was the newly elected chairman of the Dymer United Territorial Community.

Under martial law, he recruited people for illegal cooperation with the armed forces of the aggressor state and involved them in the work of the village council and the community. He also provided Russian servicemen with information about anti-terrorist operation participants, territorial defense, and local deputies."

The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the Investigative Department of the State Security Service in Kyiv and the Kyiv region with the operational support of the SBU Counterintelligence Department.
