Serhii Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, said the occupiers do not have control of the Lysychansk-Bakhmut route, but they are shelling there, so Ukrainian defenders and volunteers are looking for other ways to deliver supplies to the Ukrainian-controlled territory of the Luhansk region.

Quote: "The Russian army does not control the Lysychansk-Bakhmut route, but it is shelling heavily. Driving on this road is very risky.
Humanitarian supplies will be delivered in spite of everything."
Details: According to Haidai, fifty occupiers from a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group managed to set up a checkpoint on the route, but Ukrainian fighters defeated the occupiers there.
The occupiers shell the route, so it is dangerous to drive to the [Ukrainian-]controlled part of the Luhansk region. Currently, authorities in the oblast are looking for other ways to deliver humanitarian supplies.
The situation, according to Haidai, is extremely difficult. The Luhansk region has been defending itself for four months now. All this time, the Russians have been shelling the territory of the oblast non-stop.
