Starovoyt: "According to the updated information, a school teacher was injured: he was wounded by flying broken glass.
Doctors say his condition does not require hospitalisation."
Details: Russian authorities claim that the shelling of a village in the Sudzhansky District of the Kursk region began at about 12.46 pm.
The Russian military allegedly "worked on targets", but the local school building was still damaged by the shelling.
Starovoyt did not explain how the shells were ascribed to Ukrainian Armed Forces units, since, according to Ukrainian intelligence, occupation units of the Russian Armed Forces were stationed at this location near the Russian-Ukrainian border.
