Russian hijackers may resort to delivering provocative fire from a Ukrainian boat seized at the start of the war.

Details: A small armoured gunboat belonging to the Ukrainian Navy, which was seized by the invaders in Berdiansk at the beginning of the invasion, has been detected near Zmiinyi (Snake) Island.

"It is likely that the enemy will try to use this vessel, which is still sailing under the Ukrainian flag, in acts of provocation, using it to fire at foreign civilian vessels, and possibly at coastal areas of both Ukraine and other states in the Black Sea region," the report reads.
