It takes time and a lot of effort on the part of Ukraine to reach a breaking point in terms of military advantage in the war, given Russian supply of military equipment and weapons.

Details: The President also said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have liberated 1,016 settlements since the beginning of the war.

Background: On 23 May, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russian troops currently have 20 times more military equipment in Donbas than Ukraine.
