Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy 38 pieces of Russian military equipment and repel 9 attacks in eastern Ukraine

Soldiers of the Ukrainian Joint Forces repulsed 9 Russian attacks and destroyed 38 pieces of Russian military equipment; fighting continues at 6 locations.

Quote from the Joint Forces Task Force: "Over the past day, soldiers of the Joint Forces Task Force destroyed: 3 tanks; 8 artillery systems; 18 armoured combat vehicles; 1 special armoured vehicle; and 1 motor vehicle.
Air Defence units shot down 1 ZALA operational-tactical unmanned aircraft system and 6 Orlan-10 UAVs over the Donbas sky."
Details: Russian troops conducted 3 assault operations in the area under the responsibility of the Skhid Task Force. Ukrainian artillery inflicted fire damage on groupings of Russian military personnel and equipment.
Russian losses in the area under the responsibility of the Skhid Task Force comprise: up to 180 military personnel, 2 tanks, 5 infantry fighting vehicles, 3 armoured vehicles, 3 mortars, and 3 UAVs.
On Tuesday, 24 May, Russian occupation forces shelled 39 towns and villages in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, destroying over 60 objects of civilian infrastructure, including 50 residential buildings, a hospital, a Coke factory, a railway station, a construction centre, a shopping mall, a National Police Department building, a Prosecutor’s Office building, an electric sub-station, and a garage cooperative. At least 14 civilians were killed, 15 others sustained injuries of different degrees of severity.
