Russian thieves demand bribes to leave captured Melitopol

The city is completely blockaded, with more than 1,000 vehicles concentrated on the battle line, trying to leave temporarily occupied Melitopol and Energodar. And in Vasylivka they are not allowed through. More than a thousand cars are parked. There are cases where people negotiate bribes to get through."
