Russians shell Sloviansk with cluster bombs

Russian troops shelled the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region with cluster shells on Tuesday, but fortunately no-one was injured.

Direct speech: "Sloviansk came under fire again on 24 May. Cluster shells landed in a private residential area in one of the neighbourhoods."

There were no casualties, but only because people had already left their homes. This example proves once again that it is not safe to stay in the city! The shelling is becoming more destructive. The experience of neighbouring communities suggests that people should leave now, while there is still time."

Details: According to Lyakh, there will be a bus to Dnipro on 25 May, and once to Rivne Oblast on Thursday. The head of the City Civil Military Administration once again called on locals to evacuate.
