Details: Zaluzhnyi said that in the village of Kutuzivka, which was de-occupied in early May, about 170 local residents lived in the basement of a kindergarten for more than two months. Among them - 40 children aged 3 months to 12 years.
Background: On 19 May, it was reported that since 5 May, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have liberated 23 settlements in the Kharkiv region from Russian occupation.
