Russian occupiers detained Halyna Turbaba, the Head of the village of Dvorichna, and have been holding her for four days.
Details: Oleh Syniehubov, the Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, in a quote of "Suspilne".
Quote: "Before she was detained by the Russians, she had been under arrest for four days. This is an occupied territory."
Details: According to Syniehubov, the local government reports to the Office of the President and Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories in all such cases.
The Head of Kharkiv Oblast emphasised that authorities try to keep in touch with Heads and village elders who remained in the occupied territories.
At the same time, there is no connection in a large number of temporarily occupied territories. "Sometimes they go to the area where you can call", the Head of Administration said.
According to Syniehubov, during such communications, the authorities report on the situation at the front and warn local governments against cooperation with the occupiers.
Quote: "We talk about what the perspectives are, how they should now organise this or that work in the field, what should be refrained from in order not to fall under suspicion for ‘High treason’ as a criminal offence as well."
