Russia has lost 28,850 troops since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Details: Total combat losses of the Russian occupying forces from 24 February to 21 May were approximately:
- personnel – around 28,850 (+150) people killed
- tanks – 1,278 (+15)
- armoured combat vehicles – 3,116 (+26)
- artillery systems – 596 (+0)
- MLRSs (multiple launch rocket systems) – 201 (+1)
- air defence systems – 93 (+0)
- aircraft – 204 (+0)
- helicopters – 169 (+1)
- operational-tactical level UAVs – 462 (+2)
- cruise missiles – 104 (+1)
- ships / boats – 13 (+0)
- vehicles and tanker trucks – 2,178 (+28)
- specialist equipment – 43 (+0)
It is noted that the aggressors’ greatest losses over the past 24 hours were on the Bakhmutsk front.
