Missile strike on Odesa results in fatalities - Odesa Military Administration

Russia has launched a missile strike on Odesa, killing and injuring several people.

Marchenko's quote: "The enemy fired a missile at one of Odesa's infrastructure facilities. Unfortunately, people have been killed and wounded. We will not leave it like this."

Details: Odesa City Council, citing the "Pivden" [South] operational command, reported that a place of worship had also been damaged.

Quote: "Another missile strike has been carried out in the Odesa region. Odesa’s city infrastructure has been hit; in particular, a religious building has been damaged."

Background: 

• The military administration imposed a curfew in Odesa from 10 pm on 1 May to 5 am on 3 May.
• Trains will not run to railway stations during the curfew in Odesa. 
• On 2 May 2014, there were clashes in Odesa between "supporters of federalisation" from the so-called "Anti-Maidan" and "supporters of unity", in which 48 people (forty men, seven women and one minor) lost their lives. In particular, following a fire in the local House of Trade Unions, Russian propaganda of the Putin regime has put together - and makes extensive use of - the theory that on that day "Ukrainian Nazis burned several dozen opponents of the Kyiv regime alive in the House of Trade Unions".
