Ukrainians are not prepared to give up part of their territory to Russia - Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that Ukrainians are not prepared to give up part of Ukraine's territory in favour of Russia, especially after thousands of Ukrainian soldiers and civilians have died.

Quote: "People are not ready. Not one of us is ready. Border changes by force, that’s what is happening - the borders in Ukraine do not change otherwise.
We are ready to restore our territorial integrity.
Otherwise, if we were ready to give up part [of Ukraine] to Russia, it would mean that all these people died for no reason. What did they die for in that case?
And then Russia would not stop there, you should know that. Russia did not stop at Crimea.
Give them a little rest before they start more aggression in two or three years? We are not prepared to go along with that."
