"Two powerful bursts" have been reported in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

Details: Gladkov added that there have been no casualties or damage, and that "footage of flashes in the sky has already appeared" in social networks.

Background: On 1 May, a fire broke out at a facility operated by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in the Belgorod region.
