Luhansk region: houses are being shelled in Sievierodonetsk, 12 killed, more than 40 wounded

As a result of Russian shelling in Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region on Thursday, preliminary data indicate that 12 residents were killed and more than 40 were wounded.

Quote: "Starting in the morning, Russians began chaotically shelling the main city of region with heavy weapons. The shelling continues today. Mostly, it is targeted hits on residential buildings."
"We have now counted 12 people killed and more than 40 wounded; the latter are provided with medical care."
Details: Haidai noted that information on the number of people killed and wounded are still being clarified, as it is impossible to inspect the area under shelling.
