Russian troops have launched a missile strike on the Odessa region from the Black Sea.

According to Operation Command "South": "The Odessa region was hit by another missile strike from the Black Sea. The enemy continues to try to destroy infrastructure and put psychological pressure on civilians, attacking settlements in the region at dawn."
