Missile strike on Mykolaiv, with one casualty

On the morning of 18 May, Russian troops launched a missile strike on Mykolaiv, causing destruction and a fire in the residential sector.

Quote from State Emergency Service of Ukraine: "On the morning of 18 May, after an enemy missile strike, there was destruction and a fire broke out in the private residential sector in the Inhul district of Mykolaiv". 

Details: 1 casualty is now known to have suffered shrapnel wounds. 

Firefighters extinguished the fire over an area of 50 square metres.
