Chernihiv region: 8 people killed in air strike

Eight people were killed and 12 injured in a Russian air strike on the village of Desna in Chernihiv region on the morning of 17 May.

•         At about 5 a.m. on 17 May, Russian troops fired four missiles at the village of Desna, two of which hit buildings.
•         The village of Desna is near the border of Kyiv region. The Desna Ukrainian Armed Forces training centre is located next to it.
