According to Syniehubov: "People are returning to the city. Yesterday we talked to the management of "Ukrzaliznytsia". They are adding the necessary carriages to trains going to Kharkiv from the Lviv direction.
2,000 people are returning approximately every day, and this number is growing.
We need to solve problems with housing. 4.5 thousand people are now living in the underground network.
We need to provide at least temporary housing to normalise infrastructure."
Reminder: According to the American Research Institute, the Russian troops have probably decided to completely abandon their positions around Kharkiv.
