The Russian Security Council expects a monetary and financial crisis, new regional military conflicts, and increased terrorist activity.
He also writes about new epidemics due to "direct evidence of the use of biological weapons", as well as the decline in the activities of international institutions that have failed to influence the war in Ukraine, such as the Council of Europe.
