What happened earlier: 24 of April, the Russian army launched a missile strike on the Kremenchuk Oil Refinery and the Kremenchuk Thermal Power Plant for the first time. One person was killed and seven were injured.
Due to the destruction caused by Russian troops, the Kremenchuk Oil Refinery will not be able to return to work by the end of the year.
