Russians shell Luhansk region with "festive" "victory" shells

The Russian military have shelled the town of Svitlodarsk and the village of Luhanske in the Luhansk region with so-called "propaganda" shells, which they used to scatter postcards for 9 May in the settlements.

According to RIA Novosti: "Artillerymen of the Luhansk People's Republic used propaganda shells to send postcards for 9 May to residents of Svitlodarsk and the village of Luhanske".

Details: The Russian state-owned outlet also released a video in which one of the invaders congratulates residents of settlements that remain under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Victory Day, expressing "peace and happiness" and promising "to come and liberate them soon".

Then the invaders are shown firing shells with postcards.

The last shots of the video show Russian "victory" rubbish strewn under the feet of civilians.
