Explosions have been heard in Odesa. Air defence systems have been deployed.

According to Bratchuk: "According to preliminary information, air defence systems have been deployed. We will share official information with the residents of the region and the media later."
Details: Explosions were also heard by residents of Mykolaiv and Mykolaiv Region. Social media users noted that no air-raid siren was heard. Vitaly Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, published a photo of a pink mushroom cloud of smoke and said that Russian troops "are at war with the Ukrainian fertilisers."
In another photo published later the cloud of smoke turned white. Kim noted that it seemed a container of nitrate had been hit. The air quality has not been affected, added the head of the Mykolaiv Administration.
