The Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs, Denys Monastyrskyi, said that it would take at least another 2 weeks to count the number of victims in the Bucha district.

Quote: "Today, ruins are being dismantled, and houses in the towns and villages of the Kyiv region are being inspected. The bodies of the dead are being removed from the ruins.
It will take at least two more weeks to dismantle the ruins, and this will only be the first stage. Only then will we be able to give the number of dead in these settlements".
Details: According to Monastyrskyi, since the beginning of the war, the National Police has opened more than 4,200 proceedings against Russians for violating the laws and customs of war.
At the same time, 17 groups of pyrotechnicians [explosive ordnance disposal experts - ed.] of the State Emergency Service are inspecting the area.
Over the past 24 hours, more than 6,500 explosive devices have been found. The experts, together with foreign specialists and the Armed Forces of Ukraine specialists, are working on deactivating them.
Quote: "We have launched a new initiative: we are recruiting rescue volunteers to help pull down the ruins in these cities. In the last 24 hours, we have received more than 5,000 responses from those who want to join".
