Russian troops have struck a Kharkiv housing complex with missiles, rescuers have evacuated and rescued 12 people, and information on casualties is being confirmed.

Details: On 9 April, the Russians launched another rocket attack on a residential area in the city of Kharkiv.
As a result, a 5-storey residential building was badly damaged. Rescuers were dispatched to the scene.
It is reported that the emergency services rescued seven people and evacuated eight of them from one of the entrances, which suffered the most devastation.
