Details: Kadochnikov said that about 12,000 people have already received Russian passports.
According to the Migration Department, some of the displaced persons are staying in more than 800 temporary accommodation facilities; some 25,000 people, including 10,500 children, are housed there.
Ukrainians can work in Moscow without work permits, the press service for the Interior Ministry said.
Background: As of the end of March, Russians forcibly removed between 20,000 and 30,000 people from Mariupol alone.
Various media reported that Russian occupying troops had forcibly taken orphans from Mariupol to a hospital in Donetsk, according to the residents of the occupied city of Donetsk.
