A missile strike by Russian troops has hit infrastructure facilities in the Odesa region.

"Information from the Operational Command "Pivden" ("South "):

As a result of a missile strike from the sea, infrastructure facilities in the Odesa region were affected. Details are being clarified". 

Details: The City Council reminded residents they must not publish photos and videos disclosing the circumstances and geolocation of any incident.
