Monastyrskyi: Borodianka is one of the most devastated towns in Kyiv region

Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi has said that Borodianka is one of the most devastated cities in the Kyiv region.

According to Monastyrskyi: "At present, the town of Borodianka is one of the most devastated cities in the Kyiv region.

Locals tell of how aircraft came in and fired missiles from low altitude at these houses in the early days of the war.

Rescue workers arrived immediately after the building (one of the high-rise buildings - ed.) exploded, and started clearing it... but Russian forces started firing at the rescuers...

The rescue workers came back the next day and started to clear the rubble again. And it was possible to save people who were under that rubble.

However, the rescuers were fired upon again, and after that they had no access to the site. We understand that there is no-one left alive here now.

Details: Monastyrskyi also stressed that what the Russians did in Borodianka was another crime against humanity, as there is not a single military facility in the city.
