Russian rocket attack on Odesa: oil refinery damaged, one person wounded - the prosecutor's office

Fuel storage tanks were destroyed, and buildings and gas communications damaged as a result of Russia's missile strikes on a refinery and oil depot in Odesa on April 3.

Details: Law enforcement officers have initiated criminal proceedings against the Russian armed forces for violating the laws and principles of war.
According to the investigation, on the morning of April 3, 2022, the Russian military launched missile strikes on the territory of the oil refinery and fuel depots in Odesa.
As a result, fuel storage tanks were destroyed, and buildings and gas communications were damaged.
One resident was hospitalised with injuries. There is no information about further casualties at this stage.
The rocket attack also severely damaged civilian infrastructure.
The necessary investigative actions are being carried out. State Emergency Service of Ukraine officers are working at the scene.
