Details: The night was calm in Dnipropetrovsk Region, but on the morning of 30 April, a Russian missile was launched on a village in Synelnykove District. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. Detailed information about the effects of the attack is being confirmed.
Quiet night in the city of Zaporizhzhia.
Heavy fighting continues near Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia Region. Both sides fired artillery throughout the night. Information is being confirmed.
The city of Kharkiv: The city was shelled throughout the night, in particular an easternmost residential part of the Saltivka neighbourhood. One person was wounded.
On Friday, 29 April, Russian occupation troops shelled towns and villages in the Bohoduhiv, Izium, and Lozova districts of Kharkiv Region.
Luhansk Region: 16 mass artillery attacks over the course of 29 April. 20 residential buildings and 2 schools caught fire: 5 buildings in Hirske and 15 in Orikhove. Information is still being confirmed due to the intensity of hostilities in the region.
Donetsk Region: Air and missile strikes and artillery shelling along the entire front line. Russian troops attempted to break through the Ukrainian defence in Mariinka, Krasnohorivka, and Novomykhailivka, but were unsuccessful.
Lyman: constant artillery shelling of the city and the municipal territorial community.
"Mines that were scattered by Smerch [Tornado, multiple rocket launcher] last night began detonating" in the Ocheretyn municipal territorial community. Explosions are continuing, no casualties so far.
No changes in Mariupol.
Kherson Region: Russian troops continue hostilities on the territory of Kherson Region and neighbouring regions. Many civilians were wounded and buildings destroyed in explosions.
The situation remains critical in villages near Mykolaiv, Snihurivka, Zelenodolske, and Kryvyi Rih; the villages are temporarily occupied by Russian troops.
The situation in Kherson Region remains difficult overall.
The night was relatively calm in the Volyn and Zakarpattia, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Kyrovohrad, Cherkasy, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, and Chernihiv regions.
