Details: It is reported that the attackers of the 128th Brigade seized a Russian trophy armoured vehicle, the crew of which fled after grenades damaged the vehicle’s wheels. Several laptops and hryvnia notes remained inside the armoured vehicle.
Laptops were recognized by residents of the village near which the battle took place. According to them, the Russian military took away their household appliances, money, clothes and food, and also rummaged through abandoned houses (whose owners had fled the war zone) in search of valuables and alcohol.
Blankets and mattresses were removed, preserves were taken from the cellars, and curtains were removed from the windows.
If any of the villagers tried to make any remarks, at best they did not respond, and at worst they threatened them with weapons.
Background: Besides committing violent crimes and rapes, Russian aggressors are also engaging in mass looting. Belarusians have recorded how Russian occupiers are sending looted Ukrainian property from the post office in Belarus.
