Background:

• Russian troops launched a missile over the building of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration on the morning of 29 March. On the first day, rescue workers reported 12 dead people and 33 injured.

The number of victims of the Russian missile strike on the Mykolayiv Regional State Administration building reached 36 as of 2 April.
