Killed, abducted, threatened: 243 Russian crimes against Ukrainian journalists recorded

The State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee has recorded 243 crimes committed by the Russian aggressors against Ukrainian journalists and media.

Details: As of 27 April, 243 crimes against journalists and the media in 16 regions of Ukraine have been recorded.
The highest number of crimes committed by Russian forces was recorded in Kyiv and the [Kyiv] region.
These include journalists disappearing, being murdered, injured, abducted, shot and threatened, TV towers being attacked, and cybercrimes.
A large number of crimes have also been recorded in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Regions. In cities in these regions which are occupied by the Russian army there have been cases of journalists being abducted, shot and threatened, cybercrimes being committed, editorial offices being seized, and Ukrainian broadcasting being switched off.
Since the war started, a total of seven journalists have been murdered while doing their job, 15 have gone missing, 14 have died as combatants or as a result of Russian attacks while they were off duty, 9 have been wounded in Russian attacks, and 8 journalists have been captured and abducted.
There have also been 11 cases where Russian forces fired on TV towers, causing Ukrainian broadcasting to be cut off.
