Russian army fires on Kharkiv again, killing 1 person

At least one person has been killed and two people injured in Russia’s shelling of Kharkiv during the day on 28 April.

Syniehubov's quote: "Civilians in Kharkiv Region are again suffering from shelling by the occupiers! Half an hour ago (about 12:00 - ed.), the Russians attacked one of the eastern districts of Kharkiv. 2 people have been injured and 1 person has unfortunately died."
Details: According to the head of the Military Administration, the Russian army hit civilian infrastructure, streets, squares and even cemeteries in the Kharkiv district.
A building collapsed as a result of a strike in one settlement in the area. According to initial reports, the people who were rescued from the rubble have minor injuries and do not need to be hospitalised.
There are 4 wounded and 1 dead person in the Kharkiv district as of 12:40. Information about the casualties is being clarified.
Syniehubov urged Kharkiv residents not to ignore the air-raid sirens and not to leave shelters unnecessarily.
