Russians use phosphorus munitions on Avdiivka – Regional Head

On the evening of 26 April and the morning of 27 April, the Russian occupiers fired phosphorus munitions at the city of Avdiivka, and in the morning they launched an airstrike on the city, injuring at least one person.

Quote: "The Russians hit Avdiivka with phosphorus munitions twice. First they attacked last night in the vicinity of the Avdiivka Coke Plant, and this morning - the city centre. As a result of the two rounds of shelling, several fires broke out in the city."
Details: The regional head added that after the second round of shelling, the Russians launched an airstrike on Avdiivka, hitting a high-rise building. At least one person is currently reported injured.
At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed an attempt by Russian troops to break through on this front. Kyrylenko stressed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are maintaining order, and all crimes committed by the Russian invaders against Ukrainian civilians are being carefully recorded.
