The Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, believes that Russia is resorting to threats of using nuclear weapons due to failures in the war against Ukraine.
"Evropeyska Pravda" writes that he made this statement during a livestream on his Facebook page.
"A lot of emotions are pouring in from the Russian Federation. They are already threatening nuclear war. It's all because Russia understands that the events are not trending towards its victory, to put it mildly," Dmytro Kuleba said.
"But we must not succumb to these threats, we must not be afraid. And this is another thing I tell our partners when we communicate: we are not afraid of Russia and you should not be afraid of it, and then we will win," he added.
Dmytro Kuleba also said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are starting the transition to NATO weapons and standards.
