Over the course of Monday 25 April, Russian troops shelled towns and cities Luhansk Oblast 17 times.

Details: Popasna, Lysychansk, and Hirske municipal territorial community (hromada) are among the most affected cities. Russian troops conducted 4 intense artillery attacks on Popasna and 2 on Lysychansk. 2 residential buildings in Lysychansk were damaged, 2 in Popasna, and at least 1 in Hirske.
Information about victims is being confirmed.
Russian troops continue fighting near Rubizhne and are attempting to capture Popasna.
