Russian occupiers and their collaborators have died in an explosion in the City Hall building in Kreminna, a town which is temporarily occupied by Russian troops. They had gathered there for a "council meeting." Serhii Haidai, Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, said that "gas" is to blame for the explosion.

According to Haidai: "The occupiers died in an explosion in the city hall building during their gathering. They didn’t observe safety precautions, that’s how it is with gas. Traitors appointed by the orcs [to local government positions] were also in the building.

In short: no one is left to hold any meetings. There’s nothing left to even put in a [body] bag."

Details: Haidai said that Ukrainian utility workers have been able to partially restore the electricity supply in the Ukrainian-controlled territories of Luhansk Oblast.

The head of Luhansk Military Administration notes that the destruction of communication stations "is an idiotic act of the Ruscists," because they are cutting off their own electricity supply with their own hands, and will not be able to restore it.

He said that Ukrainian troops had carried out a tactical withdrawal from Novotoshkivske.

Russian troops continue to try to break through in Rubizhne and Popasna, where fighting continues. Most of the city of Rubizhne is controlled by Russian occupation forces, and Russian troops continue to fire at random on the Ukrainian-controlled part of the city.

Haidai also denied the fake information that evacuation was being carried out in exchange for money: "Do not believe the fake news. In safe cities everyone will receive free housing, food, clothing, and medical care."

He added that humanitarian goods are delivered to local communities every day.

Background: Haidai said that street fighting continues in Kreminna, but most of the city had been captured by the Russian occupation troops.
