Parliament Speaker: Attempts planned on the lives of 3 People’s Deputies

Verkhovna Rada [Ukraine’s parliament] leadership obtained information regarding preparations for attempts on the lives of 3 People’s Deputies [members of the Ukrainian Parliament].

According to Stefanchuk: "I can’t give you surnames or any details. But the relevant services report that sabotage and reconnaissance groups were preparing attempts on the lives of some People’s Deputies. I have information about 3 People’s Deputies."

Details: Stefanchuk also said that the staff of the Verkhovna Rada, together with law enforcement agencies, took measures to ensure these Deputies’ security.
