16 civilians were evacuated from the town of Popasna in Luhansk Region on Sunday.

Details: They left on a bus that had delivered humanitarian aid to the community that morning.
An injured man was among the evacuees. He was injured at night when the ceiling collapsed in the basement of a high-rise building.
