Ukrainian Chief Intelligence Directorate: The Kremlin is continuing its purge of top management of Russia’s army and fleet
The Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has information that, following defeats of Russian troops on land and the destruction of the Moskva, the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, a new wave of repression against the command of Russia’s army and fleet has begun.

Details: According to Ukrainian military intelligence, Admiral Igor Osipov, Commander in Chief of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet has been dismissed and arrested.
Investigations are being conducted against Sergei Pinchuk, Chief of Staff - First Deputy Commander in Chief of the Black Sea Fleet.
In connection with the unsatisfactory preparation of military operations, and with huge losses of personnel, weapons and military equipment, Lieutenant-General Vladislav Yershov, commander of Russia’s 6th Army; Lieutenant-General Sergei Kisel of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Western Military District; and a deputy commander have been dismissed.
In addition, in connection with the unsatisfactory performance of assignments, Arkadii Marzoev, Commander of the 22nd Army Corps of the Southern Military District, has been dismissed.
The Kremlin’s repressive measures have also affected rear and supply units.
In connection with the unsatisfactory organisation of material and technical support for the Combined Arms Armies of the Eastern Military District, Lieutenant Nikolai Ponomarev, Commander of the 103rd Separate Material and Technical Support Brigade, has been dismissed.
