Luhansk region: 7 residential buildings hit by Russian shells, 4 civilians wounded

The Russian army has shelled civilians in the Luhansk region 11 times over the course of Thursday, 21 April, wounding 4.

Details: Russian troops have shelled Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Popasna, Rubizhne, and the Hirske municipal territorial community (hromada).
Russian shells have struck 7 residential buildings: 2 buildings have been partially destroyed in Sievierodonetsk, 2 in Lysychansk, and 3 more in other municipal territorial communities of the region.
According to the Head of the Luhansk Military Administration, 4 civilians have been wounded.
On the night of Thursday 21 April, 3 officers of the region’s National Police force rapid response team received shrapnel wounds after Russian troops fired on Lysychansk.
A large consignment of medicines has been delivered to the Sievierodonetsk municipal hospital to help residents of the region, Haidai also said.
