Russians were ordered to kill all Ukrainian POWs in Popasna - Intelligence

Ukrainian intelligence has intercepted a conversation between the aggressors which mentions an order to kill all Armed Forces of Ukraine POWs near Popasna, Luhansk oblast.

Details: Ukrainian intelligence agents note that this order is an outright war crime, a violation of international law, and yet another striking example proving that the Russian army are murderers, rapists and looters.
