Russian troops continue to partially blockade Kharkiv. They are attempting to fire on Ukrainian Armed Forces units and critical infrastructure. The aggressors have attempted to attack dressed in Ukrainian military uniforms near Dovhenke village (Izium district, Kharkiv Oblast).
