The so-called "address" from residents of Rozivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, which the "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR) leader relied on when talking about the community’s accession to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (ORDLO/CADLR), was obtained by deceit and at gunpoint.

Details: The Regional Military Administration noted that Russian troops seized Rozivka Amalgamated Territorial Hromada of the Polohy District, Zaporizhzhia Oblast on March 2. Since that date, the aggressors had carried out certain operations with the local population, including a so-called "census" and hanging the flags of the so-called "DPR" and "LNR" ("Luhansk People's Republic"). One of the DPR leaders recently visited the community.
According to Artur Krupskyi, Head of Polohy District State Administration, it has been reported that local residents, mostly elderly people and internally displaced people from Mariupol, had been lured to the local community centre by means of deceit. People had been told that issues concerning pension payments and their social and household needs would be discussed.
Regional Military Administration, Verbatim: "Actually, people were made to listen to a so-called memorandum on the election of a new "mayor," some "village active core," and then to an address on accession to the so-called DPR republic until Zaporizhzhia is entirely seized. Intimidated by men brandishing machine guns, residents were forced to vote for incomprehensible things that are outside Ukraine’s legal framework."
Background: The leader of the so-called DPR combatants, Denys Pushylin promised that the alleged "address" on Rozivka district, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, accession to DPR would not go unnoticed.
